To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRmyQR and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount (if any) you have paid to QRmyQR in the past twelve (12) months (which is typically zero for the Service as provided).
